Open both of your hands,

In your LEFT hand imagine »
  • an image of yourself with an enormous belly
  • imagine your vice food (which you normally like) sitting on top of your belly
  • imagine this food is past it's sell by date
  • you've dropped this food on the floor
  • it's covered in hairs and dirt
  • imagine eating the food
  • feel the fat content pouring out of the food in your mouth
  • feel your arteries tighten (from the excess fat) with every mouthful

In your RIGHT hand imagine »
  • An image of yourself being in perfect shape
  • you are eating something healthy and very enjoyable
  • take a deep breath, the air is mountain fresh
  • you never knew how good this food tasted
  • your arteries are no longer clogged
  • your insides have been cleansed
  • you are free of all that excess weight
  • you no longer get tired climbing the stairs
  • you now enjoy movement
  • continue eating the healthy food and become aware of the different taste bud sensations
Make a decision - choose between the two options above and stick to it.

When you make a decision - that's when your life changes, not in 6 months, but THE very moment you make a conscious decision.

Do the above exercise before going to sleep each night. As a reminder, cut out a picture from a newspaper/mag which you find disgusting (obesity related, pile of junk food etc) and place near your dressing table/pillow. Imagine both scenarios using your full imagination.
