The LDiet is very simple and based on 6 rules. However, there is a lot more information behind these rules (mental conditioning, food health, exercise and how to enjoy it etc). By sending in your own sugestions you could get a special mention if the LDiet goes paperback!

  4. You definately need to read hard core motivation tips.
  5. Remember, LDiet is not really a diet - but more of a lifestyle change (which is to be enjoyed).
  6. Good for you, but just remember it's still possible to be slim and unhealthy! - see Rule 6.
